We collect the following information when you use Yieldlytics: (a) Account information: email address and password when you create an account; (b) Payment information: billing details processed and stored securely by Stripe โ we never store your full card number; (c) Usage data: searches you perform, properties you save to favorites, and general usage patterns; (d) Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies.
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) process payments and manage your subscription; (c) send transactional emails such as receipts and password resets; (d) improve and develop new features; (e) detect and prevent fraud or abuse; (f) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Your account data and favorites are stored securely in Supabase, a PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS. Payment information is stored and processed by Stripe. Search results are cached temporarily to improve performance and reduce API usage.
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: (a) Supabase โ authentication and database; (b) Stripe โ payment processing; (c) Vercel โ hosting and deployment; (d) RapidAPI / Zillow โ property data. Each service has its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for data handled by these third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
